The Role of IT Business & Projects Manager

The IT Business & Projects Manager serves as a critical link between business units and IT, ensuring that technology solutions effectively address business requirements. This position involves leading the full lifecycle of IT and digital transformation projects, from conception through to successful implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand requirements and deliver technology solutions.
• Lead end-to-end IT and digital transformation projects.
• Drive CRM, MarTech, workplace automation, and enterprise application rollouts.
• Manage project planning, vendors, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data migration, and go-live activities.
• Support change management, user adoption, and stakeholder communication.
• Build business cases, prioritize IT demand, and ensure successful project delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in IT Business Partnering, Digital Transformation, or IT Project Management.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, enterprise applications, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies and change management principles.
• Excellent communication and project delivery skills.

Experience and Employment Details
