About the Role

Linnk Group is seeking an experienced IT Capacity Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing and optimizing IT capacity across various domains, including workforce, infrastructure, software licenses, cloud services, and Managed Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for capacity planning, forecasting, demand validation, utilization, and resource optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT capacity planning, baselines, forecasting, and utilization.
• Assess demand versus available capacity and identify resource gaps, dependencies, and constraints.
• Develop short-, medium-, and long-term capacity forecasts for projects and operations.
• Monitor and optimize workforce, infrastructure, cloud, software licenses, and Managed Services.
• Manage software license entitlements, consumption, and compliance.
• Lead quarterly capacity reviews and re-planning initiatives.
• Prepare capacity reports, dashboards, and management recommendations.
• Consolidate data from IT teams, CMDB, internal systems, and service providers.
• Coordinate with IT, Finance, Procurement, HR, and external service providers.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in IT capacity management. This role requires a professional who can effectively manage complex IT resources and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal capacity utilization and planning.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic and collaborative IT environment. The role involves working closely with multiple departments and external partners to achieve strategic capacity objectives.
