The Role of IT Director

Flow is seeking an IT Director to serve as the on-site team resource for all multifamily software implementation and maintenance needs. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The IT Director will become a subject matter expert for the company’s multifamily building technology software and integrated hardware, managing various projects from training to system troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Master new multifamily software and ensure property staff utilize systems as intended.
• Assist with system upgrades, implementations, integrations, and maintenance through validation and testing of proposed resolutions and releases.
• Proactively identify business and/or residential opportunities or gaps related to technology.
• Identify pain points, opportunities, or inefficiencies where technology can provide value or increase efficiency.
• Provide technical support and initial troubleshooting to on-site teams to ensure consistent access to all necessary tools.
• Conduct and modify training programs for in-house and vendor products for on-site property teams, both in person and via web-conferencing.
• Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various tools and software in use, serving as a subject matter expert on building systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Familiarity with multifamily software concepts and a proven aptitude for quickly mastering new software in this domain.
• Knowledge of property-specific technology and integrated hardware.
• Ability to manage vendors during the installation of new systems and troubleshoot system issues.
• Strong communication and training skills for diverse audiences.
