The Role of IT Engineer

MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is seeking an IT Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting in network infrastructure design and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, modify, and perform minor repairs on computer hardware and software systems.
• Resolve technical support tickets and troubleshoot hardware, software, and process-related issues.
• Test computer components to maintain system functionality and performance.
• Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure.
• Consult with users to identify appropriate hardware and software requirements and assist with purchasing requests.
• Evaluate technical applications and recommend solutions to improve system capabilities.
• Test new software and programs for compatibility with existing systems and hardware.
• Gather and analyze technical purchasing options and assist in vendor evaluation.
• Test new programs against established standards and specifications and make necessary modifications.
• Evaluate vendor-supplied software based on user requirements and compatibility with existing systems.

Required Experience
