About the Role

Maximus KSA (ماكسيموس السعودية) is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Network Analyst to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for ensuring the availability, security, and performance of our enterprise IT environment.

Position Summary

The successful candidate will manage and support our infrastructure landscape across both on-premises and cloud environments. This role plays a key part in driving technology improvements, ensuring security compliance, and maintaining operational excellence within the organization.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, cloud, and on-premises environments.
• Support and maintain core application hosting services and enterprise connectivity.
• Manage infrastructure operations, including servers, virtualization platforms, storage, backups, networking, firewalls, telephony, internet services, Wi-Fi, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, outages, and performance bottlenecks.
• Ensure infrastructure platforms remain secure, supported, and up to date through regular maintenance and upgrades.
• Maintain architecture documentation, asset inventories, configurations, and technical records.
• Identify infrastructure risks and vulnerabilities and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Support IT projects and initiatives by providing technical expertise and infrastructure solutions.
• Ensure infrastructure and technology solutions align with ISO 27001 standards and organizational security requirements.
• Produce regular reports and maintain accurate infrastructure and network architecture diagrams.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network analysis.
• Proven expertise in managing LAN, WAN, cloud, and on-premises environments.
• Strong understanding of network security principles and ISO 27001 standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and manage various infrastructure components.
