Infrastructure Analyst

About the Role

Maximus KSA (ماكسيموس السعودية) is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading and managing the organization's IT infrastructure, encompassing LAN, WAN, cloud, and on-premises environments. The analyst will be responsible for supporting and maintaining core application hosting services and enterprise connectivity, ensuring optimal service delivery and security across the infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, cloud, and on-premises environments.
• Support and maintain core application hosting services and enterprise connectivity.
• Manage infrastructure operations, including servers, virtualization platforms, storage, backups, networking, firewalls, telephony, internet services, Wi-Fi, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, outages, and performance bottlenecks.
• Ensure infrastructure platforms remain secure, supported, and up to date through regular maintenance and upgrades.
• Maintain architecture documentation, asset inventories, configurations, and technical records.
• Identify infrastructure risks and vulnerabilities and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Support IT projects and initiatives by providing technical expertise and infrastructure solutions.
• Ensure infrastructure and technology solutions align with ISO 27001 standards and organizational security requirements.
• Produce regular reports and maintain accurate infrastructure and network architecture diagrams.

Technical Expertise

Candidates should possess strong hands-on experience with the following technologies:

• Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Windows Server, and Domain Management.
• Microsoft 365 and Office 365 administration.
• Azure AD and cloud-based services.
• VMware virtualization technologies.
• Cisco networking solutions.
• Firewalls, VPNs, IPSEC technologies, and network security.
• Data center operations and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Storage, backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring solutions.
• IP Telephony, MPLS, Internet VPN, and connectivity services.
• Information security controls and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant industry certifications such as MCSE, VMware, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Networking roles.
• Experience working within enterprise-scale IT environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud services and hybrid infrastructure models.
• Proven experience supporting critical business systems and infrastructure operations.
