Job Summary

The IT Project Manager (SAP) will lead the delivery of the IT roadmap as an integrated program. This role involves planning and controlling work packages to ensure scope, timelines, costs, and quality are maintained, while aligning initiatives with approved business objectives and expected value. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring over 10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the integrated program plan across all work packages.
• Plan and coordinate system assessments, conversions, and implementations with relevant vendors and partners.
• Coordinate infrastructure and warehouse solution decisions and align implementation timelines with core system releases.
• Run stage gates for every initiative, including business case approval, design sign-off, UAT exit, and go-live readiness.
• Maintain the program RAID log and escalate critical risks.
• Prepare steering committee packs and monthly executive status reports.
• Allocate core team resources and partner capacity across concurrent initiatives.
• Secure business key-user availability for requirements gathering and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Manage integrator and partner performance against statements of work (SOWs).
• Track budgets, commitments, actuals, and forecasts for each initiative, including CAPEX/OPEX allocation.
• Track benefits realized against each approved business case after go-live.
• Plan training, communication, and change management activities for each release.
• Lead cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities for major releases.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on SAP.
