Project Manager SAP Support Services

About the Role

Systems Arabia is seeking an experienced Project Manager – SAP Support Services to lead SAP S/4HANA support operations. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves overseeing service delivery, managing SAP consulting teams, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA support services. This includes managing project governance, allocating resources, mitigating risks, and handling escalations to maintain effective stakeholder relationships and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA support service delivery, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage project governance, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and escalations.
• Prepare weekly progress updates and monthly service performance reports.
• Oversee incident management, change requests, releases, and escalations through ITSM tools.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure business-process alignment and timely issue resolution.
• Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and compliance with cybersecurity and information-security standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably SAP support or managed-service engagements.
• Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PgMP, or an equivalent.
• Experience leading 2–3 comparable SAP or government IT support projects.
• Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, IT service management, and resource planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Saudi nationals are preferred for this position.
• ITIL certification, SAP S/4HANA knowledge, and Saudi government-sector experience are considered advantageous.
