Senior Project Management Engineer SAP S/ HANA

About the Role

alfanar is seeking a Senior Project Management Engineer - SAP S/4HANA to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring assigned projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all project aspects are managed effectively according to approved objectives and timelines. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate project activities across internal departments, business units, and external service providers.
• Monitor project execution to ensure activities are completed according to approved schedules and facilitate project meetings.
• Track project progress against plans, identify risks, delays, and resource constraints, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate testing and validation to ensure solutions meet requirements, and manage implementation and handover activities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting records, risk registers, and status reports.
• Review project outcomes, document lessons learned, and identify opportunities for process improvement in project management practices.

• Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets, utilizing resources efficiently.
• Address and resolve operational problems, escalating complex issues as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, specifically with SAP S/4HANA.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project requirements, schedules, resources, and risks effectively.
• Proven experience in coordinating activities across diverse teams and external providers.
• Strong skills in project documentation and reporting.
