IT Specialist

About the Role

Mina Excellence is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cloud servers, and network systems. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation, security, and reliability of IT systems while providing essential technical support to employees across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise applications, particularly Odoo and Zoho, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
• Manage IT service desk operations, endpoint management, patch management, and system monitoring using ManageEngine.
• Troubleshoot application-related issues, coordinate with external vendors, and implement system updates and configurations.
• Manage and monitor cloud servers, ensuring high availability, security, regular backups, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Optimize cloud resources, security configurations, and user access controls.
• Administer Active Directory, including user accounts, Group Policies (GPO), security permissions, and access management.
• Maintain and manage network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VPNs, routers, switches, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.
• Ensure secure, stable, and reliable network connectivity across the organization.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and access-related issues.
• Set up workstations, user accounts, and required software for new employees.
• Maintain IT documentation, policies, network diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in IT administration, infrastructure, and technical support.
• Proven experience managing Odoo and Zoho enterprise applications.
• Experience using ManageEngine for IT management and helpdesk operations.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• Hands-on experience managing cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or equivalent.
• Good understanding of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls.

Required Skills

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
