IT Support

We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our dynamic team and provide essential technical assistance. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network connectivity, and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent problem-solving abilities, and be dedicated to delivering high-quality user support.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
* Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality and uptime.
* Document and track all support requests and resolutions in a timely manner.

* Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding and responsible for employee trainings for the applications.

* Assist with IT asset management and inventory control.
* Collaborate with senior IT staff on larger projects and system upgrades.
