About the Role

Futu Holdings is seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and plays a vital role in maintaining local IT operations while aligning with global IT standards.

Role Context and Objectives

The IT Support specialist will provide essential local IT assistance, working closely with the China Headquarters to roll out and enforce global IT standards. Key objectives include delivering day-to-day IT support, managing equipment maintenance, providing basic network support, and overseeing asset register management across both office environments and retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of corporate IT standards, policies, and security controls, including project execution, data collection, and corrective action.
• Support IT infrastructure deployment for offices and retail sites, covering site surveys, hardware racking, cable management, and basic system initialization.
• Perform standardized PC deployment, software installation, routine maintenance, and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Conduct regular inspection and maintenance for AV systems, access control, CCTV, IP phones, and multi-function printers.
• Support the administration of DNS and DHCP services, and troubleshoot common network issues on user endpoints.
• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including maintaining inventory records, goods receipt, stocktaking, maintenance follow-up, and asset retirement documentation.
• Assist with daily monitoring, user permission administration support, and routine checks on AD, email, NAS, virtualization, and PBX systems.
• Support HQ security and network teams with on-site activities, facilitate communication with local regulators, external auditors, and third-party vendors, and report on-site status and issues promptly.
• Maintain operational logs, technical documents, and SOPs to ensure standardized local IT procedures.

Candidate Profile and Attributes

• Meticulous, proactive, and execution-oriented, capable of following defined procedures for daily IT tasks and reporting identified issues promptly.
• Able to prioritize daily support tickets and escalate unresolved issues in a timely manner to achieve proper closure.
• Possesses basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills for daily communication and technical document review, facilitating collaboration in a multicultural environment.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

• Practical knowledge of PC hardware, Windows OS and macOS, and common office software, including experience with OS reinstallation and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS, with the capability to resolve typical office network faults.
• Hands-on IT skills for equipment installation and maintenance, adhering to standard operating procedures.
• Basic awareness of Windows Server, Active Directory, email, NAS, and virtualization; relevant working experience is considered a plus.
