About the Role

Sanabil Studio is seeking a Jr. Managing Investments professional to join its venture, Miza, based in Riyadh. Miza is developing a digital wealth management platform focused on democratizing access to global investment opportunities for high-net-worth individuals. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

Miza aims to provide high-net-worth individuals with access to top-tier private funds, pre-IPO deals, and alternative investments. The platform combines technology with curated investment access, offering a reimagined private wealth experience. This position plays a key role in supporting the investment and operational functions of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with external partners including fund houses, custodians, distribution platforms, and global asset managers.
• Coordinate execution and operational flows across counterparties, ensuring timely handling of subscriptions, redemptions, and capital calls.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for routine operational and investment queries from partners.
• Support the investment team in screening funds, managers, and strategies for client portfolios.
• Build and maintain the investment universe, due diligence packs, comparative analyses, and fee benchmarking.
• Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and rebalancing analyses.
• Produce investment memos, fund summaries, market commentaries, and client-facing investment notes.
• Translate technical investment content between English and Arabic for client communications.
• Support trade execution across asset classes including funds, equities, and fixed income.
• Reconcile positions, confirmations, and settlements with the operations team.
• Assist in maintaining and improving internal investment processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in asset management, wealth management, private banking, or investment operations.
• CME1 and CME4 certifications (mandatory).
• Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, fund documentation, and reconciliations.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve real workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in private markets, alternative investments, or global funds.
• Background in a CMA-regulated environment.
