About Senna and the Investments Associate Role

Senna is a digital wealth management platform focused on providing access to exclusive global investment opportunities, including private funds, pre-IPO deals, and alternative investments. The company is building its investments function from the ground up. This full-time Investments Associate role is central to this development, reporting directly to the CEO.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage daily relationships with external partners such as fund houses, custodians, and distribution platforms.
• Coordinate execution and operational flows with counterparties, ensuring accurate and timely processing of subscriptions, redemptions, and capital calls.
• Serve as the primary contact for routine operational and investment inquiries from external partners.
• Support the investment team in screening funds, managers, and strategies for client portfolios.
• Develop and maintain the investment universe, due diligence packs, comparative analyses, and fee benchmarking materials.
• Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and rebalancing analyses.
• Produce investment memos, fund summaries, market commentaries, and client-facing investment notes.
• Translate technical investment content between English and Arabic for client communications.
• Ensure quality and consistency across all investment documentation.
• Support trade execution across asset classes including funds, equities, and fixed income.
• Reconcile positions, confirmations, and settlements with the operations team.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal investment processes as the platform scales.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in asset management, wealth management, private banking, or investment operations.
• CME1 and CME4 certifications are mandatory.
• Full professional fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Strong attention to detail, with comfort working with fund documentation, numbers, and reconciliations.
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to improve real workflows beyond drafting tasks.

Additional Experience (Advantageous)

• Experience in private markets, alternative investments, or global funds.
• Background in a CMA-regulated environment.
• Familiarity with SAMA regulations relevant to NBFI or microfinance operations.
• Experience with fund accounting or investment tracking software platforms.

Role Expectations and Progression

This is an individual contributor role offering direct ownership from day one, requiring initiative and follow-through. High-stakes reliability and operational accuracy are critical. The role includes direct collaboration with the CEO and founding team. A clear progression path to a Senior Investments position is defined as the platform scales.
