About the Opportunity

Squadio, a Global Remote-first IT service provider headquartered in Riyadh, KSA, is seeking a Junior Business Developer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is designed for candidates with 0-1 years of experience who are prepared to contribute to a dynamic and growing environment. Established in 2011, Squadio has successfully adapted its model to support startups and companies in hiring and managing their engineering teams remotely, with delivery centers located in Egypt and KSA.

Role Purpose

The Junior Business Developer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by establishing and nurturing relationships with potential customers. This position requires the effective use of communication skills to manage customer interactions from the initial contact through to the successful closure of deals, directly supporting the company's expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify leads as sales opportunities.
• Assist the team in developing a new client base by identifying potential clients in the target market and researching market trends to identify customer demand.
• Stay up-to-date with new products and services offered by the company.
• Coordinate with management to research, identify, analyze, and execute new business initiatives.
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products or services to increase customer satisfaction.
• Participate in executive events and meetings to represent the company.
• Develop strong relationships with prospective clients for new opportunities while maintaining long-term trusting relationships with existing clients.
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate these terms to relevant stakeholders.
• Become a subject matter expert on Squadio's business services, processes, and operations, and remain current on industry news.
• Collect customer requirements and business data to develop business plans that meet these requirements.
• Work with internal departments and external partners to execute business plans and strategies.
• Report sales results to management on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with management to review and refine relevant business development activities.
