The Role: Business Development Executive

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our full-time team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is suited for an ambitious and social individual with a passion for sales and business development, who is eager to learn and build strong professional relationships. The role focuses on contributing to business development, engaging with potential clients, and identifying new growth opportunities within the Saudi Arabian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities in the Saudi market.
• Communicate with prospective clients and establish professional relationships.
• Support the business development team in following up on leads and sales opportunities.
• Assist in preparing commercial proposals and conducting client follow-ups.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and expanding the client base.
• Update and track client and opportunity data using a CRM system.
• Identify client needs and propose suitable solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar field.
• Demonstrated interest in Business Development and Sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to learn and develop quickly.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Willingness to work from Riyadh.
• Knowledge of the Saudi market is considered an advantage.
• Previous experience in sales or business development is preferred.
• Familiarity with the translation, localization, or technical services sector is preferred.
• Understanding of SaaS fundamentals or technical solutions.
• Previous experience using CRM systems.
