The Role of Business Development Executive

Shipa is seeking a Business Development Executive to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This is a full-time, junior-level position suitable for individuals with 0-2 years of experience who are motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to develop a career in business development. The role focuses on supporting the growth of Shipa's services and expanding its customer base, working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the business development team in promoting company services across relevant markets.
• Assist in identifying potential customers and generating new business leads.
• Help build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Support new customer onboarding and coordinate with internal teams.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Maintain and update sales activities, follow-ups, and customer data using CRM or internal systems.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Participate in meetings, site visits, and networking activities as required.
• Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
