About the Role

Bonafide is seeking a Junior Creative Producer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This part-time role focuses on supporting the development and execution of creative experiences across various productions, including live events, brand activations, celebrations, and immersive experiences. The position requires a blend of creative thinking, production expertise, and strong coordination skills.

Role Overview

The Junior Creative Producer will collaborate closely with Creative, Production, Account, and Project teams. The primary objective is to translate creative concepts into high-quality, memorable experiences, managing projects from initial concept development through on-site execution. This involves ensuring creative visions are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support creative concepts for events, brand activations, celebrations, exhibitions, and experiential projects.
• Contribute creative ideas and solutions based on client briefs, project objectives, and audience experience.
• Research emerging trends, technologies, entertainment, materials, venues, and creative production solutions.
• Develop concept decks, mood boards, storyboards, visual references, creative proposals, and presentations.
• Translate creative concepts into practical and executable production requirements.
• Collaborate with Creative and Production teams to ensure concepts are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with the intended experience.
• Prepare creative and production briefs and communicate requirements clearly to suppliers and production partners.
• Coordinate with suppliers, fabricators, freelancers, artists, entertainers, and other creative partners.
• Support the development and execution of event elements including staging, décor, fabrication, branding, AV, lighting, entertainment, installations, and interactive experiences.
• Monitor creative deliverables and production timelines to ensure projects remain on track.
• Conduct site visits, technical meetings, rehearsals, build-ups, and event executions.
• Support the on-site delivery of projects and ensure the final execution reflects the approved creative direction.
• Identify creative and production challenges and contribute to practical solutions.
• Review production outputs and ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency with approved designs and concepts.
• Manage multiple creative deliverables across different projects while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay informed about developments in events, experiential marketing, entertainment, technology, and creative production.

Experience and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant creative production role.

Work Setting

This is a part-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a collaborative team environment, coordinating with various internal departments and external partners to deliver creative projects.
