The Senior Producer Role

Leo Burnett is seeking a Senior Producer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, hands-on position is responsible for executing the creative and production vision to meet and exceed client expectations. The Senior Producer takes ownership of managing multiple high-scale project timelines, budgets, supplier relationships, and resolving project conflicts throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and support other producers within the team.
• Supervise the entire production process, from initial quoting to final film delivery.
• Identify and secure appropriate talent, hire crew members, cast actors, and source necessary equipment, locations, and permits for each project.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
• Assess project briefs, create detailed budgets, and negotiate terms with stakeholders.
• Coordinate communication and workflow between clients, agencies, production teams, and post-production teams to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.
• Monitor project resource costs and implement strategies to mitigate the risk of budget overruns.
• Oversee daily production tasks, ensuring active projects and operational activities proceed smoothly.
• Optimize workflow and resource allocation to maximize profitability and efficiency.
• Enforce established guidelines and parameters for crew and talent throughout each project's lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the Executive Producer to discuss and determine the most effective project approach.
• Ensure the artistic and creative integrity of projects is maintained, aligning with client needs and Creative Director recommendations.
• Manage internal and external resources, ensuring clear role alignment and successful delivery from all parties.
• Provide guidance to the team, assisting them in anticipating potential problems and developing solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant production role.
• Demonstrated ability to understand the cultural nuances of the region to effectively cater to client requirements.
• Proven experience working with flexible hours and managing projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
• A strong, established roster of freelance artists and talents developed over the years.
