The Role: Junior Executive Communications

Consulum is seeking a Junior Executive Communications to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and involves supporting account leads and senior team members in providing dedicated strategic communications support to a diverse client base. The role is based in the Riyadh office and requires a willingness to travel regularly, particularly within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce research, briefing notes, and reports to inform client advice.
• Support account leads and managers in delivering strategic communications.
• Draft messaging, talking points, press releases, and digital content.
• Analyze and present data to support the development of communications strategies.
• Prepare materials for new business pitches and participate in account team and company-wide discussions.
• Attend client meetings, including regular travel as required.
• Support daily digital activities and ensure the timely delivery of client projects.
• Contribute to and implement data-driven digital strategies, including narrative and content creation for social channels.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders and influencers through targeted digital plans.
• Gather baselining data, conduct stakeholder interviews, document as-is assessments, and support benchmarking research.
• Manage logistics for Learning & Development (L&D) sessions and support facilitation and communication around learning initiatives.

Required Experience and Attributes

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably within strategic communications or a related consultancy environment.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct high-quality research and media monitoring.
• Proficiency in drafting various communication materials, including press releases and digital content.
• Experience with data analysis to inform communication strategies.
• Capability to support digital activities and contribute to data-driven digital strategies.
• Willingness to travel regularly, particularly within the region, for client meetings and project support.
