About the Opportunity

TestCrew | Quality Engineering & Software Testing is seeking a Junior HR Operations Specialist to join its HR team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a 6-month internship position designed for early-career HR professionals with 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Junior HR Operations Specialist will support day-to-day Human Resources operations and contribute to a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop HR expertise within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in daily HR operations and employee-related activities.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation accurately and confidentially.
• Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle processes.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of HR reports, trackers, and dashboards.
• Assist employees with HR-related inquiries and coordinate with relevant internal teams as needed.
• Support employee engagement activities, internal communications, and HR initiatives.
• Assist with HR documentation, letters, forms, and other employee-related requests.
• Ensure HR records and documentation are maintained in line with company policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team with HR systems and ensure employee data is kept accurate and up to date.
• Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Motivated and detail-oriented approach to work.
