About the Role

Blacklane is seeking a Junior Quality and Training Specialist to join its KSA Operations team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to supporting Blacklane's chauffeur partners in delivering a safe, reliable, and elevated guest experience consistent with company standards.

Role Context and Contribution

The specialist will be responsible for maintaining Blacklane’s training and quality standards across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This involves coordinating training activities, supporting quality checks, and utilizing operational feedback and data to identify and implement opportunities for improvement within the service delivery framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and coordination of chauffeur training programs in KSA.
• Assist in preparing and updating training materials in both English and Arabic, covering key chauffeur competency areas.
• Coordinate training sessions, manage attendance tracking, and ensure follow-up actions with chauffeurs and operational partners.
• Work directly with chauffeurs in the field to provide practical training and reinforce service standards.
• Assist with quality audits, conduct spot checks, and manage related follow-up documentation.
• Review performance trends and operational feedback to identify recurring quality gaps.
• Share observations and improvement ideas with the team to enhance training content and quality processes.
• Support partners in understanding Blacklane’s service expectations and training requirements.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, respect, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the Team Lead and cross-functional stakeholders on daily quality and training topics.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, training coordination, quality assurance, hospitality, customer service, or a similar environment.
• A clear commitment to quality, professionalism, and delivering high service standards.
• An interest in operational execution and field-based work.
