About alfanar and the Role
alfanar, headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is a diversified company with operations in construction, manufacturing, design & development, and various facilities across the Middle East and other countries. alfanar Construction holds a Grade I classification from the Saudi Government. alfanar Building Systems manufactures and markets a range of construction products, including ceramic wall and floor tiles, façade cladding, precast concrete products, and interior décor. We are seeking a Key Account Manager I EXA Ceramics to join our team in Riyadh.
Role Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to manage key customer accounts, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with important clients, and ensure their requirements are met promptly and to quality standards. This position is integral to achieving the sales plan and targets within the Project Sales Department, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide solutions and answers to key customers' requirements and queries to maintain strong business relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Proactively engage with potential clients and promote new company products.
- Offer product suggestions and alternatives to customers during the selection process.
- Upload relevant customer data into the C4C (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Submit product samples and necessary documents to clients, following up for approval.
- Propose new ideas and strategies to enhance sales performance.
- Monitor competitor activities, including new products, pricing, and promotions, and inform the Project Sales department.
- Prepare and submit quotations to clients, diligently following up until approval.
- Attend team meetings to ensure alignment and stay informed.
- Monitor and follow up on collections from clients, coordinating accounts for bank posting.
- Provide weekly and monthly progress reports on sales activities.

Experience Requirements
Candidates for this full-time position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
