About the Role

Alfanar is seeking a Key Account Manager JDD I EXA Ceramics to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing key customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and driving sales within the Project Sales Department to achieve established plans and targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-quality service standards in line with company policies and procedures.

Client Engagement and Sales Management

• Manage key customer relationships by providing timely solutions and answers to all requirements and queries to ensure satisfaction.
• Proactively engage potential clients and promote the company’s new products.
• Offer product suggestions and alternatives to customers during the selection process.
• Prepare and submit quotations to clients, diligently following up until approval.
• Monitor and follow up on collections with clients, coordinating with accounts for bank posting.
• Suggest new ideas and strategies to enhance sales performance.

Data Management and Reporting

• Upload relevant customer data onto the C4C (Customer Relationship Management) system.
• Submit samples and necessary documents to clients and follow up for approval.
• Stay informed on competitor activities, including new products, pricing, and promotions, and report findings to the Project Sales department.
• Provide weekly and monthly progress reports to management.
• Attend team meetings to ensure alignment and stay informed.

Leadership and Operational Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for operations as per the job description and required deliverables, adhering to company guidelines.
• Anticipate potential problems and implement proactive measures to prevent them.
• Make timely and appropriate decisions.
• Deliver required results with specified quality, cost efficiency, and within deadlines.
• Contribute tangibly to the area of operation and strive to exceed business expectations.
• Transform corporate goals into actionable business plans, then plan, execute, and follow up on these plans.
• Monitor plan performance, initiate actions to strengthen results, and take corrective measures as needed.
• Responsible for monitoring and controlling budgets and expenses to achieve optimum cost efficiency.

Organizational Development and Process Improvement

• Develop the organizational structure based on current requirements and future development plans.
• Ensure job descriptions are available and deployed for all roles.
• Develop and coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, seeking automation opportunities where possible.
• Be proficient and able to navigate IT solutions relevant to the job and business, promoting their full utilization.
