Key Account Manager Retail

About the Role

ASBIS Middle East is seeking a Key Account Manager Retail to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing and developing relationships with key organized retail partners across Saudi Arabia. The primary objective is to achieve sales, profitability, market share, and collection targets while ensuring business growth and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key organized retail accounts across KSA.
• Ensure the achievement of assigned sales, gross profit, and market share targets.
• Understand customer business objectives and provide tailored solutions to support growth.
• Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and expanding product portfolios.
• Build and execute joint business plans, sales forecasts, promotional activities, and growth initiatives with retail partners.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, annual business plans, promotional investments, and in-store visibility opportunities.
• Monitor sell-in, sell-through, inventory levels, and product availability to maximize business performance.
• Collaborate with product management, marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure successful execution of customer requirements.
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers and present account performance, opportunities, and action plans.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain competitiveness.
• Prepare regular reports on account performance, forecasts, sales achievements, and business development activities.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables by closely monitoring customer payment status, proactively following up on outstanding balances, and coordinating with Finance and Credit teams to maintain healthy accounts and minimize overdue payments.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Operations, Product, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Represent ASBIS and vendor partners during customer meetings, industry events, training sessions, and business reviews.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing organized retail accounts in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience with PC hardware, PC accessories, gaming products, consumer electronics, or related technology categories is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the KSA retail landscape and major retail chains.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Work Environment and Travel

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as needed.
