Kitchen Helper

About the Role

فن سوار is seeking a Kitchen Helper to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves providing essential technical and practical support within the production department, assisting with daily preparation and production processes to ensure product quality aligns with established standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively assist in all stages of preparation, including gathering, measuring, and prepping raw ingredients for assigned departments such as Chocolate, Sweets, Savory, or Bakery, to ensure a smooth manufacturing process.
• Provide direct support to Chefs and Sous Chefs in daily production operations, which includes tasks like mixing, kneading, baking, molding chocolates, shaping, and finishing products.
• Strictly adhere to the "First In, First Out" (FIFO) principle when organizing and handling raw materials to guarantee product freshness and minimize food waste.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the workspace by continuously sanitizing tools, equipment, and work stations, while strictly following food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Demonstrate adaptability by rotating between different production stations as needed, executing assigned duties efficiently, and fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to provide technical and practical support in a production environment.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, requiring flexibility and teamwork within a dynamic production setting. The role involves working closely with culinary teams to achieve production goals.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from SAR 0 to SAR 1,875.
