Land Surveyor

About the Role

Dar Al Riyadh Consultants is seeking a Land Surveyor to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with extensive experience in land and construction surveying, particularly on large-scale developments. The role focuses on ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout various project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain horizontal and vertical survey-control networks.
• Verify contractor setting-out for buildings, roads, infrastructure, utilities, landscaping, and public-realm works.
• Check coordinates, levels, gridlines, boundaries, profiles, and construction tolerances.
• Conduct topographical, dimensional, as-built, and quantity surveys.
• Review contractor survey reports, calculations, sketches, and as-built records.
• Coordinate survey requirements with civil, structural, architectural, infrastructure, and landscape teams.
• Maintain accurate survey records and valid equipment-calibration certificates.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of land and construction-surveying experience.
• Demonstrated experience on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial developments.
• Advanced proficiency with total stations, digital levels, GPS/GNSS, and other surveying equipment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and survey-processing software.
• Strong knowledge of control networks, coordinate systems, and construction tolerances.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration is required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, contributing to significant development projects within a professional consulting environment.
