About the Role of Land Surveyor

Dar Al Riyadh is seeking a Land Surveyor to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with extensive experience in land and construction surveying, focusing on large-scale developments. The role involves critical responsibilities in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of survey data for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain horizontal and vertical survey-control networks.
• Verify contractor setting-out for buildings, roads, infrastructure, utilities, landscaping, and public-realm works.
• Check coordinates, levels, gridlines, boundaries, profiles, and construction tolerances.
• Conduct topographical, dimensional, as-built, and quantity surveys.
• Review contractor survey reports, calculations, sketches, and as-built records.
• Coordinate survey requirements with civil, structural, architectural, infrastructure, and landscape teams.
• Maintain accurate survey records and valid equipment-calibration certificates.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering is required.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in land and construction surveying.
• Experience on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial developments is essential.
• Advanced proficiency with total stations, digital levels, GPS/GNSS, and other surveying equipment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and survey-processing software.
• Strong knowledge of control networks, coordinate systems, and construction tolerances.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration is mandatory for this role.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, focusing on significant construction projects. The role requires collaboration with various engineering and design teams to ensure project specifications are met accurately.
