About the Role

HungerStation is seeking a dedicated Last Mile Support Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our last-mile delivery services, focusing on administrative support for riders and fleet management. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Last Mile Support Officer plays a central role in supporting daily site operations by managing rider administration, handling assets, and coordinating vehicle-related tasks. This position ensures compliance with company policies and contributes to operational efficiency within the last-mile delivery ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for riders, including collecting, verifying, and uploading necessary documents such as IDs, contracts, and license copies.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to facilitate rider replacements or updates.
  • Issue, track, and recover rider assets, including delivery devices, uniforms, fuel cards, and car keys, while updating asset records and reporting discrepancies.
  • Handle and record petty cash usage for site-level rider needs, such as fuel, repairs, and emergencies, ensuring compliance with cash handling policies and submitting expense reports.
  • Support the onboarding of leased vehicles, coordinate with drivers, and report vehicle-related issues, logging usage, accident reports, and transfer activities according to SOPs.
  • Ensure riders are briefed on policy updates and compliance requirements, and prepare daily reports on onboarding status, asset movements, petty cash usage, and incidents.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for rider administrative support during assigned shifts, coordinating with Safety, Facility, and P&L teams for escalated issues or cross-functional needs.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and processes to ensure consistent and controlled daily operations, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A High Diploma in Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet administration, HR support, or operations coordination roles.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Familiarity with onboarding processes, documentation handling, and petty cash procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation, and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
