Commercial Litigation Attorney

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled attorney specialized in commercial cases, with practical experience in litigation before commercial courts and professional case management, capable of providing effective legal solutions that protect clients' interests and achieve the highest standards of professional quality.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Litigation and legal representation before commercial courts and all relevant judicial and quasi-judicial authorities.
  • Managing and following up on commercial cases in all procedural stages until judgments are issued and executed.
  • Preparing and drafting legal memos and objections in a precise and professional manner.
  • Studying and analyzing cases legally and developing appropriate litigation strategies.
  • Providing commercial legal consultations to the company's clients.
  • Reviewing and drafting commercial contracts and agreements with high efficiency.
  • Following up on regulatory and jurisprudential developments related to commercial litigation.
  • Adhering to the company’s policies, professional quality standards, and ethics of the profession.

  • 3–6 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboard development, DAX basics, data modelling).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder projects is preferred.
  • Power BI dashboarding and data visualization.
  • Project coordination and PMO support.
  • Data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Power BI certification or Microsoft Data Analyst Associate (Preferred).
  • Familiarity with ICT industry is an advantage.
