IA Group is seeking a dedicated Lawyer to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in labor and commercial law. The role involves representing clients, drafting legal documents, and providing strategic legal counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in labor and commercial cases before courts, regulatory bodies, and alternative dispute resolution entities.
• Prepare, draft, and review commercial and labor contracts and agreements, ensuring their compliance with relevant local and international laws.
• Develop defense and arbitration strategies, and provide accurate legal advice to manage risks and optimize outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in labor and commercial law cases.
