About Sehati and the Role

Sehati for Information Technology Services is seeking a Lead Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on managing key client relationships and overseeing a team of account managers to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Role Overview

The Lead Account Manager will be responsible for setting operational plans, managing client accounts, and ensuring the successful adoption of the nphies platform by Healthcare Information Centers (HICs) and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). This role involves direct oversight of account management activities, performance, and compliance, alongside strategic engagement with key clients and internal teams to drive service excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and monitor operational plans for the section, implementing corrective actions for insufficient results.
  • Oversee and manage client accounts and relationships, ensuring client needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities and performance of HICs/HCPs account managers, resolving issues and preventing re-occurrence.
  • Ensure account managers comply with customer relations policies and other Sehati policies.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
  • Manage the development and maintenance of metrics and dashboards to monitor HICs/HCPs account performance.
  • Lead client onboarding and retention strategies, including reviewing readiness assessments and tailoring onboarding plans for nphies adaptation.
  • Advise on and lead change management activities (awareness, coaching, training, communication) to support HICs and HCPs in adopting the nphies platform.
  • Ensure the adaptation and implementation of CCHI regulations, business, and validation guidelines governing nphies transactions.
  • Review and ensure timely, effective implementation of communication plans and messages for HICs/HCPs.
  • Follow up on outstanding or delayed invoices, resolve payment issues, and oversee collection processes while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Assist in managing client business tickets, supporting new nphies releases, and adapting to CHI regulations.
  • Participate in market sessions, workshops, and client visits to foster engagement and monitor market trends.
  • Process and report account metrics to senior management and assist in identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar field.
