About the Role

Diebold Nixdorf is seeking an Account Director to drive business growth across the Saudi market. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this full-time position involves close collaboration with partners and customers to deliver innovative technology solutions. The role is central to expanding the company's market presence and strengthening key client relationships within the banking industry.

Role Context and Impact

As an Account Director, you will play a key role in developing new opportunities and positioning Diebold Nixdorf as a trusted advisor in the banking sector. This position offers direct engagement with senior leadership and exposure to complex, high-value deals within a global, technology-driven organization that is actively expanding its footprint in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow strategic, complex customer accounts across the Saudi market.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with business and market objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Lead customer negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial commercial outcomes.
  • Understand customer business priorities to position tailored technology solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Product, Marketing, and Delivery, to support sales objectives.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and track performance against targets.
  • Monitor account performance and identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on solutions and industry trends.
  • Share best practices and insights to support continuous improvement in account management.

Required Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales, preferably in complex solution environments.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and managing high-value customer accounts.
  • Strong experience in consultative and solution-based sales with complex deal cycles.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level.
  • A Diploma or equivalent experience is required.

Core Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and developing account strategies.
  • Demonstrated capability to act as a strategic advisor to clients.
