About the Key Account Manager Role
alfanar is seeking a Key Account Manager specializing in Panel Builders to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
Core Responsibilities
The Key Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for designated clients, identifying opportunities, addressing concerns, and collaborating on strategic initiatives to maximize mutual value. This role involves executing comprehensive customer development plans and implementing tailored sales and marketing strategies for each key account to achieve sales targets across all product lines.
Market Engagement and Commercial Operations
Responsibilities include monitoring market trends and translating insights into business strategies, as well as collecting and analyzing market information. The role also involves developing and managing commercial offers, monitoring inventory levels, and overseeing accounts receivable to ensure timely follow-up and collections.
Customer Support and Distributor Relations
Providing ongoing customer support through new mechanisms and best practices, and conducting on-site training sessions for stakeholders to enhance product knowledge are key functions. Additionally, the role requires generating accurate forecasts for distributors and product lines, and maintaining regular communication with distributor stakeholders to improve service delivery.
Sales Support and Operational Oversight
Collaboration with the sales support team to drive demand and increase sales is essential. This includes validating commercial documentation accuracy, updating customer records, overseeing the delivery of shipments, and ensuring product visibility in customer stores. The role also involves problem-solving, escalating complex issues, and ensuring quality requirements are met.
Qualifications and General Duties
A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Business Management is required. The role demands the ability to acquire updated soft and technical skills, perform planned activities to meet targets, and utilize resources effectively. Compliance with policies, procedures, and work instructions, along with adherence to health, safety, and environmental management procedures, are also expected.
