Lead Field Service Rep

Role Overview

Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, is seeking a Lead Field Service Rep to join its sales and service team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves partnering with Sales Representatives to execute service plans within strategic district accounts and providing essential problem-solving support to customers. The role also includes assisting with new applications for existing customers and supporting the transition of competitively-held accounts to Nalco Water.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide routine service support to Sales Representatives in strategic district accounts to execute agreed-upon customer system assurance and continuous improvement plans.
• Assist Sales Representatives with plant surveys for prospective customers.
• Support Sales Representatives with the start-ups of new applications for both existing customers and new accounts.

Customer Engagement and Technical Support

• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in strategic district accounts where service support is provided to other District Sales Representatives.
• Offer technical support to customers by identifying and resolving operational challenges, escalating issues as required.
• Engage in problem-solving through system analysis, data interpretation, and providing written recommendations to ensure optimal customer operations.

Field Operations and Equipment Management

• Actively support Nalco innovations and technology within the strategic district accounts where service support is provided.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment for other District Sales Representatives.
• Travel within the assigned sales territory is required for this role.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in a field service or technical support capacity. The role requires a demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and effectively support sales initiatives.
