Field Service Engineer

About the Role

Siemens Energy is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support power generation projects in Dammam, Eastern region, and other international locations. This full-time role involves supporting various activities for gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, and auxiliary systems, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient project execution. The position requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, commissioning, repair, assembly, and disassembly activities for gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, and auxiliary systems.
• Supervise and coordinate small to medium-sized field service teams, technicians, and subcontractors during outage and maintenance projects.
• Collaborate with Site Leads, Service Engineering teams, and customers to ensure safe, efficient, and successful project execution.
• Review technical documentation, participate in customer meetings, prepare service reports, and provide technical recommendations and project updates.
• Support outage planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, spare parts, and tooling requirements, while maintaining quality, safety, and EHS compliance.

About the Team

The Gas Services division focuses on low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. This includes all gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators, with opportunities for decarbonization through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
