We are seeking a Lead Specialist, Technical Solutions II to join our team in Riyadh.

Role Summary

The Lead Specialist, Technical Solutions II is responsible for capturing the Statement of Requirements for initiatives, troubleshooting current and future states, and driving work packages that demonstrate quarterly value. This role involves defining solution plans in collaboration with Platform and Solution Architects, and supporting business unit delivery through site-based deployments and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Solution Delivery: Translate business challenges and site-based evidence into specific solutions. Define priority elements of solutioning to meet Business Unit objectives for relevant technology domains. Resolve technical and integration issues affecting initiative outcomes. Ensure solution designs are scalable, integrated, and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Guide Delivery Teams: Provide guidance to delivery teams, including data scientists, engineers, and digital specialists, to ensure correct implementation of solution designs. Offer technical direction, design clarification, and quality oversight throughout the delivery lifecycle. Verify that implementations meet agreed functional, performance, and quality expectations.
• Support Domain and TechOps Initiatives: Collaborate with Domain Integrators and Business Partners to shape initiative scope, define success measures, and establish value hypotheses. Ensure initiatives maintain alignment with agreed KPIs, value outcomes, and priorities. Proactively identify and surface technical trade-offs, risks, and dependencies.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
