The Role of Learning and Development Consultant

The Learning and Development Consultant is a full-time, remote position responsible for developing, implementing, and refining leadership development programs for UpLevel’s clients. This role involves assessing client needs, creating tailored learning pathways, and producing instructional materials that align with the company’s coaching and mentoring solutions. The consultant will collaborate with both clients and internal teams to deliver virtual training and facilitate workshops.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess client needs to design effective leadership development programs.
• Create comprehensive learning pathways and instructional materials.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver virtual training sessions and workshops.
• Support the effective utilization of learning platforms and tools.
• Analyze program data and participant feedback to refine content and improve learning outcomes.
• Ensure program content aligns with organizational goals and best practices in leadership development.
• Collaborate with coaches, mentors, and product teams to contribute to thought leadership.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, remote position. The consultant will work collaboratively with various internal teams, including coaches, mentors, and product development, to achieve program objectives and enhance leadership capabilities for clients.
