About the Role

Asas Althbat is seeking a results-driven Leasing Specialist to manage the full leasing lifecycle in Riyadh. This full-time position involves overseeing all aspects of leasing activities to enhance occupancy rates and ensure a professional tenant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and qualify incoming leasing leads from various channels including calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online portals, maintaining an organized pipeline.
• Schedule and conduct property and unit viewings, effectively presenting unit features, lease terms, and property policies.
• Negotiate lease terms within established guidelines and efficiently close deals.
• Prepare accurate and complete lease offers, contracts, and associated documentation.
• Coordinate with operations and property management teams to ensure unit readiness and facilitate smooth tenant handovers.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups with prospects to improve conversion rates and minimize vacancy periods.
• Support lease renewal and tenant retention initiatives as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant regulations throughout the leasing process.
• Monitor market prices, competitor offerings, and tenant feedback to inform and improve leasing strategies.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports detailing leasing activities, including leads, viewings, conversions, occupancy levels, and revenue.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in leasing, real estate brokerage, or property management is preferred.
• Proficiency in handling leasing contracts and understanding documentation workflows.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Fluency in Arabic is required.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.
