About the Leasing Supervisor Role

Laverne Group is seeking an experienced Leasing Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to supporting our expansion strategy by identifying and securing prime retail locations and commercial leasing opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the local market and a proven track record in commercial leasing.

Core Responsibilities

The Leasing Supervisor will be responsible for a range of duties focused on site acquisition and lease negotiation. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting regular field visits to identify suitable retail spaces and strategic locations.
• Evaluating potential sites based on demographics, traffic flow, purchasing power, and competitor presence.
• Negotiating lease terms with landlords and property management companies to secure favorable rental rates and fit-out grace periods.
• Reviewing property documentation, including ownership deeds and building permits, to ensure compliance and avoid licensing issues.
• Coordinating with the Legal Department to review lease agreements and oversee contract execution through relevant digital platforms.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, developers, and key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role must meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in commercial leasing, retail expansion, or a closely related field.
• A strong understanding of the local market and geographic landscape.
• The ability to conduct extensive fieldwork and site assessments.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
