Avensys is a reputable global IT professional services company based in Singapore. We are currently seeking a Legal Advisor to provide comprehensive legal guidance and support across our operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar legal advisory role, preferably within the construction or real estate sector. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with Saudi laws, drafting and negotiating contracts, and managing legal risks across all company operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice on various company operations, contracts, and compliance matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and construction-related agreements.
  • Ensure adherence to Saudi laws, particularly in real estate and construction.
  • Manage legal documentation for property transactions and project developments.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary.
  • Liaise with law firms, government authorities, and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate potential legal risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
  • Stay informed about legal changes affecting the business.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Legal Advisor or Counsel.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi commercial and real estate laws.
  • Excellent skills in contract drafting and negotiation.
