Legal Contracts Specialist

About the Role

alfanar Group is seeking a Legal Contracts Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on supporting the drafting, review, negotiation, and administration of contracts. The specialist will ensure compliance with organizational policies and contribute to effective contract lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets according to delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time parameters.
• Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.
• Solve related problems as they arise and escalate complex operational issues when necessary.
• Ensure quality requirements are met to develop effective quality control and processes, including specifications for products, processes, or related activities.
• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, seeking automation opportunities where possible.
• Comply with relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined area of work activity.

Specific Duties

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising standard contracts and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support coordination with internal stakeholders to collect required inputs and documentation.

Required Experience and Skills

• 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to review contract terms and conditions.
• Capability to support negotiations in line with organizational policies.
• A strong understanding of achieving balanced and compliant agreements.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain effective external relationships.
