About the Role

Michael Page is seeking a Legal Counsel (FMCG) to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for providing legal advisory services across international markets, supporting the business's expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on commercial transactions, strategic initiatives, and day-to-day business activities across international markets.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements, including customer, supplier, partnership, and service contracts.
• Support contract negotiations by identifying legal risks and recommending practical solutions that align with business objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks associated with commercial transactions and business operations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and corporate governance requirements across international markets.
• Monitor regulatory developments and provide timely legal guidance to business stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in the FMCG sector is preferred.
