About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Lifeguard to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves ensuring the safety of guests at the pool while contributing to a positive guest experience. The role focuses on maintaining a safe environment and providing assistance to guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly demeanor, responding promptly to requests and resolving issues efficiently.
• Monitor pool activity to prevent accidents, enforce pool rules, and promote safe swimming practices among guests.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies in accordance with the established emergency action plan, providing rescue or first aid as necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections and perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the pool area to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Uphold regulatory standards, maintaining compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure the wellbeing of guests and team members.
