About the Role

Deemah is seeking a Line Leader to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on achieving production objectives through effective action plans and leading a production team. The Line Leader will guide the team in identifying deviations and improvements, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of department policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with QMS (Quality + Halal Food Management System) requirements, including ISO9001 and HFMS.
• Ensure personnel and machinery operate under safe working conditions within their designated area.
• Maintain a high level of hygiene within the work area.
• Verify the manpower plan on the line and ensure all personnel are assigned their respective tasks.
• Coordinate with material handlers to ensure all packaging materials are prepared according to the planned product schedule.
• Verify that all operators correctly follow procedures and complete required forms.
• Ensure all finished goods (* pallets are accurately counted and tagged with correct information.
• Report any misbehavior or misconduct on the production floor to the supervisor immediately.

Leadership and Team Guidance

The Line Leader is responsible for leading and guiding the production team. This includes fostering an environment where team members can identify operational deviations and areas for improvement, and collaboratively develop and implement effective solutions to enhance overall production performance.

Compliance and Quality Assurance

A core aspect of this role involves ensuring strict adherence to quality and food safety standards. The Line Leader will ensure that all departmental policies, procedures, and controls are implemented effectively, meeting the requirements of the Quality Management System (ISO9001) and the Halal Food Management System (HFMS).

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, focusing on production operations within a manufacturing environment. The role requires active supervision and coordination on the production floor to maintain safety, hygiene, and operational efficiency.
