The Role of Senior Line Leader

MBRF is seeking a Senior Line Leader to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience. The Senior Line Leader will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards and procedures, managing the sanitization department's operations, and leading a team of employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Guarantee compliance with established quality standards and procedures.
• Participate in decision-making for corrective and preventive actions within the sanitization department, addressing issues such as SSOP, equipment swabbing, inventory deviations, and KPI divergence.
• Plan, monitor, and evaluate job results, including coaching and disciplining employees.
• Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to sanitization and review results in monthly Target Check Meetings.
• Create Divergence Reports with clear action plans and defined timelines to achieve KPIs.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of control points, equipment, and resources.
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are implemented and followed within the sanitization area.
• Manage personnel, the sanitization process, cleaning chemicals, and utensils, working to maximize the utilization of cleaning equipment and manpower.
• Assist in developing, updating, and implementing procedures and documentation for all Quality & Management Systems.
• Update Operational Procedures and Work Instructions according to process changes, update the On-the-Job Training (OJT) Map, and train operators accordingly.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and conduct skill gap analysis based on Work Instructions to develop operators in their areas of responsibility.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region. The role involves active participation in operational processes and team leadership.
