Role Overview: Tandem Line Team Leader, Stamping

The Tandem Line Team Leader, Stamping is responsible for leading and overseeing tandem line operations within the stamping production area. This full-time role focuses on ensuring the precision manufacturing of stamped parts while upholding world-class quality, safety standards, and operational efficiency. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and operate the tandem press line for precision manufacturing of stamping parts.
• Select and configure production schedules according to plan.
• Lead and execute automatic tandem line operations, including setting up die sets for new jobs.
• Set up and monitor machine performance to ensure quality and productivity standards are met.
• Identify and report defective materials or operational issues to the supervisor.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts by identifying potential process enhancements and implementing initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and timelines.
• Report on production output, efficiency, scrap rates, and other key performance indicators to shop management.
• Train and support team members to develop their operational skills.
• Assist in maintaining 6-S housekeeping standards in the Tandem Line area.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance with work rules are consistently followed throughout the Tandem line, reporting safety issues immediately.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to utilize Siemens HMI screens for diagnostics and machine fault resolution.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Tandem lines across the plant.
• Experience working with aluminum sheet metal and Class-A surface parts for stamping.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within Lucid Motors, focusing on manufacturing operations. The role involves working within a production environment that emphasizes precision, quality, and safety.
