Vitatech Group Middle East is seeking a Logistics Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on managing comprehensive logistics operations.

Role Summary

The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics, including transportation, warehousing, distribution, and shipment planning. The primary objective is to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with all relevant regulations, while maintaining smooth coordination with internal teams and external logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
• Plan and coordinate shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Manage relationships with transporters, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers.
• Monitor inventory levels, shipment progress, and warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with KSA customs, transportation regulations, and company policies.
• Optimize routes, logistics processes, and transportation costs.
• Track shipments and resolve any delays, damages, or discrepancies.
• Prepare logistics reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance analyses.
• Lead and develop logistics staff.
• Support budgeting, cost control initiatives, and vendor negotiations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in logistics management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of transportation, warehousing, and distribution principles.
