Position Overview

The Logistics/Material/Asset/Stakeholder Manager plays a vital role in ensuring that all logistical operations related to construction projects are executed effectively. The role requires strategic insights and leadership to coordinate stakeholder activities and manage materials and assets effectively, contributing directly to project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee site logistics for construction projects, coordinating the movement of materials and assets to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource utilization.
• Develop and implement comprehensive logistics plans that align with project timelines and objectives, utilizing project management software for tracking and decision-making.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Conduct regular site assessments to evaluate logistics operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead the procurement of materials and assets, negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and ensure quality standards.
• Utilize advanced logistics management tools to monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and manage supply chain disruptions.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on logistics best practices, fostering continuous improvement.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in logistics, material, asset, or stakeholder management, preferably within the construction sector.
