The Role of Control Tower Analyst

Lenovo is seeking a Control Tower Analyst to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves managing the flow of operations within the Logistics Control Tower, ensuring effective communication and coordination. The role requires a proactive, organized individual capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support team members in monitoring and tracking shipments across all Modes of Transport (MOTs).
  • Cover control tower operations to track and monitor the real-time movement of goods, shipments, or other critical activities.
  • Ensure smooth communication between internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Generate and maintain accurate and up-to-date reports on operational performance.
  • Provide logistical support to resolve issues and bottlenecks.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying potential issues and recommending solutions.

Logistics Operations Support

This position is based in KSA and supports logistics operations by monitoring and providing full visibility for all Lenovo shipments across all MOTs with nominated 3PL Carriers. It also involves arranging receiving and expediting solutions for Lenovo shipments at the request of the Supply Chain Team, and supporting communication between 3PL and Lenovo internal workstreams.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be motivated and detail-oriented, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience between 0-1 years is required for this role.
